§ 2. Grant of franchise.

This appendix grants to Baldwin Telecom, Inc., with offices at 930 Maple Street, Baldwin, Wisconsin, a nonexclusive franchise to install, maintain and operate a system ("system") for the transmission of voice, video and data. Grantee is hereby granted the right to erect, maintain and operate such system in the streets, alleys, public rights-of-way and utility easements located in the municipality and all other public places (collectively, "rights-of-way"). Grantee may erect its own poles and bury cables, as it deems necessary or appropriate, in such rights-of-way.
