Appendix B. CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE ORDINANCE

§ 10. Transfer and assignment.

Latest version.

This franchise may be assigned, pledged, hypothecated, mortgaged or transferred (each a "transfer") by grantee so long as grantee provides the municipality with prior written notice of such transfer and the transferee certifies in writing that it will comply with each and every term of this franchise.
