  • 1.20 ANNEXATIONS. The following described territory in the Town of Hammond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Hammond, Wisconsin:

    1-5-70 Turner Trailer Court. Part of the northwest quarter of southwest quarter of Section 22, Township 29 North, Range 17 West, described as follows: All of that part of said northwest quarter of southwest quarter lying southerly of following described line: Commencing at northeast corner of Norton and Davis Streets in Village of Hammond; thence north on east line of Davis Street (STH "12") 538.20 feet to point of beginning of line herein described; thence south 89 degrees 06 minutes 2 seconds east 300 feet; thence north 13 degrees 06 minutes 13 seconds east 273.62 feet; thence north 86 degrees 11 minutes 13 seconds east 173.72 feet; thence south 71 degrees 49 minutes 07 seconds east 178.14 feet; thence south 89 degrees 53 minutes 07 seconds east 191.68 feet; thence south 1 degree 09 minutes 43 seconds west 71.83 feet; thence south 88 degrees 32 minutes 27 seconds east 389 feet more or less, to east line of said northwest quarter of southwest quarter and point of termination.

    5-20-96 Annabelle D. Hanson Irrevocable Family Trust.
